Mark Kirk was convicted of starting a fire with 70 proof Captain Morgan^™Spiced Rum . . . on an electric stove. 70 proof rum is two/thirds water.

You can't start a fire with water.

  Especially on an electric stove. Mark is currently serving 49 years in prison because three people died in the fire.

   He has exhausted all his court remedies, because the courts refuse to hear his case, even though he has produced new evidence which conclusively proves his innocence.
